Help with SalesPowder on the web and in the mobile app.

Contact Us

Email us at support@salespowder.com with your name, your company, and a short description of the problem. If something isn't working in the mobile app, include your phone model and the screen you were on.

Getting Access

• SalesPowder accounts are created by your company's administrator. If you need an account, ask your administrator to add you.
• Forgot your password? Reset it from the password reset page.
• The mobile app uses the same email address and password as the website.

Mobile App

• The SalesPowder app is available for iPhone and Android. Sign in with your SalesPowder email address and password.
• Notifications for customer texts and calls require a business phone number set up by your administrator. You can turn notifications on or off in your phone's settings for the SalesPowder app.
• If the app shows old information, switch to another tab and back to reload it, or close and reopen the app.

Account and Billing

Administrators manage their company's plan, users, and billing from Account Settings on the SalesPowder website. The mobile app does not handle billing.
